C5 has been changing lives with its unique fusion of martial arts and alternative fitness training by combining the knowledge and talent of ; Ashley Calvert - a retired EFC mma PRO who has been actively involved in the MMA industry for the past 15+ years who brings a dynamic list of martial arts incl. Boxing, kickboxing, jiujitsu, wrestling, and more to the dynamic blend and Chantelle Calvert - a WFF woman figure bodybuilding PRO who Is Intrigued by alternative training methods and creates a fusion of various sports and training methods to provide a unique training experience as well sports injury rehabilitation programs. We believe that fitness is not a hobby, but a way of life and a necessity in our modern world. We founded our studio to be the second home for all of our clients where their goals and achievements are ours too. Whether you exercise everyday or you’ve never stepped into a gym before, C5 can help shape the new you. We want to be your next workout partner and friend in fitness.
